Forum rules JAN 2007

A.1) Don’t Double Post - There is an edit button on the forum; it doesn't have a set time of disappearing, just edit your post. If you do not edit your post/can not please wait till a fellow Forum User has posted. If you repeat this offence, you will be banned. The length you are banned for depends on the situation.

A.2) Don't Swear - Their is a word filter in place on all forums, it will block all Rude/Racist remarks if possible, it will also turn swear words into asterisks (I.e. bobba). Do not avoid this in any way! If you do avoid it, your forum account can be banned. The length you are banned for depends on the situation.

A.3) Respect Others Views - Everyone is allowed to post their view on a certain Topic. Although, the opinions can’t be offence (I.e. make the opinions constructive), if someone makes an opinion, which you disagree with, please don’t be rude or ignorant towards them. If you are a repeat offender you can be banned. The length you are banned for depends on the situation.

A.4) Don’t Impostor – Please do NOT impostor HabSplash Staff, Habbo Staff or Habbo eXperts. Your account will be removed. Please try and make your accounts name the same as your ‘most’ used Habbo. There is no ban, as your account will just be removed.

A.5) Personal Details – Do not give out your personal details via the forum. Things like your age, sex, location, and other details that will help hackers/scammers. This also includes: Email Address’, Instant Messenger Address’, Phone Numbers School Details, Postcodes or Army Codes. You will get one warning, and one warning only. After that, a permanent ban will be issued.

A.6) Spamming – Do not spam on the forum. The only place you’re allowed to spam is in the Spam Central Forum. Spam is a waste of space, and memory. Spamming is the fact of going off topic or doing 1-word replies. Please try and write full-lengthened replies. If you are a repeat offender, you can get a warning or a ban. The length you are banned for depends on the situation.

A.7) Reputations Points – Do not ask for Reputation points, this is stupid and you are most likely to receive bad rep. If you give pointless reputation to a member, and the member reports it, it will be removed, and you will be warned. If you get repeat warnings you will be banned. The length you are banned for depends on the situation.

A. Report Bad Posts – Please use this function, only when required. Use it if they are disobeying the Forum Rules. If you abuse the Report Bad Post function, you will be warned. Repeat offenders will be banned. The length you are banned for depends on the situation.

A.9) Hatred Threads/Posts/Reputation/Private Messaging – Do not post Threads or Replies to offend other users, in the way of hatred. You will be banned straight away! The length you are banned for depends on the situation. This includes the Reputation and Private Messaging system. We can read all comments posted in the Reputation System and all Private Messages.

A.10) Clone Accounts – Do not create clone accounts for your own personal or another user’s gain; this includes giving yourself/others reputation.

A.11) Hacking - Hacking, or attempting to access any other persons account on iHelp Forum, or Habbo Hotel is NOT PERMITTED anywhere, especially here. Moderators may choose to take extensive action with these issues by contacting Habbo/Sulake directly.

A.12) Selling - Please do not sell anything for real-life money. This includes all currency from around the world. We do not allow this as it is not fair, and scamming could and most likely will take place.

A.13) Only have one forum account - If you forget your password you can get it sent to you via email, and if you change your Habbo Name you can PM an Administrator to change your forum account to that name. Therefore, there is no reason to register another forum account.

A.14) Do not discuss sexual acts, illegal acts or plan to do an illegal act. This results in a permenant ban.
